Anton Grigoryev was born on May 15, 1985, in Moscow, Russia. He was born into a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned pianist and his mother a violinist. From a young age, Anton showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. His parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. Anton's early years were spent studying music at the Moscow Conservatory, where he received rigorous training in piano performance and music theory. He quickly established himself as a prodigious talent, winning numerous awards and accolades for his performances. At the age of 12, he won first prize in the prestigious Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition for Young Musicians, which brought him international recognition and acclaim. He performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the New York Philharmonic, and the London Symphony Orchestra. One of Anton's most memorable performances was his debut at Carnegie Hall in 2005, where he performed a program of works by Beethoven, Chopin, and Rachmaninoff. The performance was hailed by critics as a triumph, with The New York Times calling Anton "a pianist of extraordinary talent and sensitivity."
