Anastasiya Petryshak is a Ukrainian violinist who has gained international recognition for her virtuosic performances and unique style. She was born on August 22, 1994, in Lviv, Ukraine, into a family of musicians. Her father was a violinist, and her mother was a pianist, so music was always a part of her life from a young age. Petryshak began playing the violin at the age of four and quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument. She studied at the Lviv Special Music School for Gifted Children, where she received a rigorous musical education. She later continued her studies at the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine in Kyiv, where she earned a bachelor's degree in violin performance. In 2013, Petryshak won first prize at the International Violin Competition "Virtuosos of the 21st Century" in Moscow, Russia. This was a significant achievement for the young musician, as the competition is known for its high level of competition and prestigious jury. Her performance was praised for its technical brilliance and emotional depth. Following her success at the competition, Petryshak began to receive invitations to perform at major concert halls around the world. She has since performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra, and the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine. One of Petryshak's most notable performances was at the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo, Norway. She was invited to perform alongside artists such as Kygo, A-ha, and Halsey, in front of an audience of over 6,000 people. In addition to her performances as a soloist, Petryshak is also a member of the Petryshak Quartet, which she founded with her siblings.
