Scott Healy is a renowned American pianist, composer, and arranger who has made significant contributions to the world of classical music. He was born on December 23, 1962, in New York City, and grew up in a family of musicians. His father was a jazz pianist, and his mother was a classical pianist, which exposed him to both genres of music from a young age. Healy began playing the piano at the age of four and showed exceptional talent from the start. He studied classical music at the Manhattan School of Music and later attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he majored in jazz composition and arranging. After completing his studies, Healy began his career as a professional musician, performing with various jazz and classical ensembles. He quickly gained a reputation as a versatile and skilled pianist, and his talent caught the attention of many prominent musicians. In 1992, Healy joined the band of the popular late-night talk show, The Conan O'Brien Show, as the pianist and musical director. In addition to his work on The Conan O'Brien Show, Healy has also composed and arranged music for numerous films, television shows, and commercials.
