Chaspar grew up surrounded by music, and he started playing the piano at a very young age. Chaspar's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He started taking piano lessons at the age of five, and by the time he was ten, he had already won several local piano competitions. Chaspar's parents decided to enroll him in the Vienna Conservatory of Music, where he studied under some of the best piano teachers in the world. Chaspar's talent and dedication to music paid off, and he quickly became one of the most promising young pianists in Austria. He won several national and international piano competitions, including the prestigious International Piano Competition in Vienna. His performances were praised for their technical brilliance and emotional depth. Chaspar's career as a professional pianist took off in the early 1990s when he was invited to perform at the Salzburg Festival.
