Nadir Khayat, better known by his stage name RedOne, is a Moroccan-Swedish music producer, songwriter, and composer. He was born on April 10, 1972, in Tétouan, Morocco, and grew up in a family of musicians. His father was a percussionist, and his mother was a singer, which exposed him to music at a young age. Khayat started playing the piano when he was eight years old and later learned to play the guitar and drums.
