Brigitte Mira was a German actress and singer who made a significant contribution to the world of classical music. Born on April 20, 1910, in Hamburg, Germany, Mira grew up in a family of artists. Her father was a painter, and her mother was a singer. Mira's parents encouraged her to pursue a career in the arts, and she began taking singing lessons at a young age. Mira's talent for singing was evident from an early age, and she quickly became a sought-after performer in Hamburg's music scene. She made her professional debut at the age of 16, singing in a local opera production.
