The Orchestra Sinfonica del Conservatorio Licinio Refice di Frosinone is a classical music ensemble based in Frosinone, Italy. The orchestra was founded in 1989 by the Conservatorio Licinio Refice, a music school in Frosinone, with the aim of providing its students with the opportunity to perform in a professional setting and gain practical experience in orchestral music.
