In 1998, Sartori made his professional debut in the role of Rodolfo in Puccini's "La Bohème" at the Teatro Comunale di Bologna. This performance was a huge success, and it marked the beginning of Sartori's career as a professional opera singer. Over the years, Sartori has performed in some of the world's most prestigious opera houses, including the Metropolitan Opera in New York, the Royal Opera House in London, and La Scala in Milan. One of Sartori's most notable performances was his portrayal of the title role in Verdi's "Otello" at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan in 2012. This performance was highly acclaimed by critics and audiences alike, and it cemented Sartori's reputation as one of the finest tenors of his generation. Sartori has also performed in a number of other Verdi operas, including "Rigoletto," "La Traviata," and "Il Trovatore." In addition to his work in opera, Sartori has also performed in concerts and recitals around the world. He has collaborated with some of the world's leading conductors, including Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, and Daniel Barenboim. Sartori is also a frequent guest artist at music festivals, including the Salzburg Festival and the Ravenna Festival. Sartori has received numerous awards and accolades throughout his career. In 2004, he was awarded the prestigious Abbiati Prize for Best Male Singer by the Italian National Association of Music Critics.
