Pauline Buet was born on May 12, 1990, in Paris, France. She grew up in a family of musicians, with her mother being a pianist and her father a cellist. Buet has performed with some of the most renowned orchestras in the world, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic, and the Berlin Philharmonic. She has also collaborated with some of the most celebrated conductors, such as Daniel Barenboim, Gustavo Dudamel, and Simon Rattle. One of Buet's most memorable performances was her debut at Carnegie Hall in 2012. She performed the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto with the New York Philharmonic, receiving a standing ovation from the audience. The New York Times praised her performance, stating that "Ms. Buet's playing was technically flawless, with a rich, warm tone that filled the hall." Buet has also been recognized for her recordings. In 2014, she released her debut album, featuring works by Brahms and Schumann. The album received critical acclaim and was nominated for a Grammy Award.
