Peabody Southwell is a renowned mezzo-soprano in the world of classical music. Born in Los Angeles, California, on August 22, 1982, Southwell grew up in a family of musicians. Her father was a jazz pianist, and her mother was a singer. Southwell started singing at a young age and showed a natural talent for music. She attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, where she studied voice and piano.
