Marcy Chanteaux was born on May 12, 1985, in Paris, France. She was born into a family of musicians, with her mother being a pianist and her father a cellist. From a young age, Marcy was exposed to classical music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. At the age of ten, Marcy began studying at the Conservatoire de Paris, one of the most prestigious music schools in the world. She studied under renowned pianist and teacher, Jean-Pierre Dupont, who recognized her exceptional talent and worked closely with her to develop her skills.
