The group's repertoire includes a wide range of classical music, from Renaissance polyphony to contemporary works. Cappella SF is known for its precision and clarity of sound, as well as its ability to convey the emotional depth of the music it performs. One of the highlights of Cappella SF's early years was its performance of Bach's Mass in B Minor in 2015. The group has also performed works by other composers such as Mozart, Brahms, and Rachmaninoff. In 2016, Cappella SF was invited to perform at the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) Western Division Conference in Pasadena, California. In 2017, Cappella SF was invited to perform at the National Collegiate Choral Organization (NCCO) Conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The group's performance was once again praised for its precision and emotional depth. In 2018, Cappella SF was invited to perform at the ACDA National Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
