John Alexander is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music. He was born on August 9, 1941, in Meridian, Mississippi, and grew up in a family that valued music. His father was a church choir director, and his mother was a pianist. Alexander's love for music began at an early age, and he started singing in his church choir when he was just six years old. Alexander's talent was evident from a young age, and he went on to study music at the University of Southern Mississippi. He later earned a Master's degree in choral conducting from the University of Illinois.
