Thibault Vieux is a renowned classical music artist who has made a name for himself in the world of music. Born in Paris, France, on May 12, 1985, Thibault Vieux showed an early interest in music. His parents were both musicians, and they encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Thibault Vieux began his musical journey at the age of six when he started playing the violin. He showed a natural talent for the instrument and quickly progressed. He received his first violin lessons from his mother, who was a violinist in the Paris Opera Orchestra. Thibault Vieux's father was a cellist, and he also played the piano, so Thibault grew up in a musical environment. At the age of ten, Thibault Vieux was accepted into the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where he studied under the guidance of renowned violinist Jean-Jacques Kantorow. He has performed with some of the world's leading chamber ensembles, such as the Ébène Quartet and the Trio Wanderer. He is also a member of the Trio Karénine, which he founded in 2013 with pianist Paloma Kouider and cellist Louis Rodde. Thibault Vieux is also a passionate educator and is committed to passing on his knowledge and experience to the next generation of musicians. He has taught at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris and is currently a professor at the Haute École de Musique de Genève.
