The Orchestre Régional de Poitou-Charentes (ORPC) is a classical music ensemble based in Poitiers, France. The orchestra was founded in 1991 by Jean-François Heisser, a renowned French pianist and conductor. The ORPC is composed of around 50 musicians, including some of the most talented instrumentalists in the region.
