The Orchestre Philharmonique De Montpellier Languedoc-Roussillon, also known as the Montpellier Philharmonic Orchestra, is a French classical music ensemble based in Montpellier, a city in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. The orchestra was founded in 1982 by Michel Plasson, a renowned French conductor, and has since become one of the most prominent orchestras in France.
