Ljupka Hadzi-Georgieva is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born on 22nd September 1982 in Skopje, North Macedonia, Ljupka showed an interest in music at a very young age. Her parents, who were both music teachers, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Ljupka began her musical journey by learning to play the piano at the age of six. She quickly showed a natural aptitude for the instrument and progressed rapidly. By the age of ten, she had already won her first piano competition, and her talent continued to flourish. In 1995, Ljupka enrolled at the Music High School in Skopje, where she studied under the guidance of Professor Lidija Stankovska. During her time at the school, Ljupka participated in numerous competitions and won several awards, including the first prize at the National Piano Competition in Skopje in 1997. After completing her studies at the Music High School, Ljupka went on to study at the Faculty of Music in Skopje. There, she studied under the tutelage of Professor Boris Romanov, a renowned pianist and pedagogue. Under his guidance, Ljupka honed her skills and developed her unique style of playing. In 2004, Ljupka graduated from the Faculty of Music with honors, and she was awarded the prestigious "Golden Badge" for her outstanding achievements. She then went on to pursue further studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hannover, Germany, where she studied under the guidance of Professor Arie Vardi. During her time in Germany, Ljupka participated in numerous competitions and won several awards, including the first prize at the International Piano Competition in Senigallia, Italy, in 2006. She also performed in several concerts and recitals throughout Europe, showcasing her exceptional talent and captivating audiences with her unique style of playing. In 2008, Ljupka returned to North Macedonia and began teaching at the Faculty of Music in Skopje. She also continued to perform in concerts and recitals, both in North Macedonia and abroad. Her performances were highly acclaimed, and she quickly gained a reputation as one of the most talented pianists of her generation. In 2012, Ljupka released her debut album, "Piano Works," which featured a collection of classical piano pieces by composers such as Chopin, Liszt, and Rachmaninoff. The album was well-received by critics and audiences alike, and it further cemented Ljupka's reputation as a talented and versatile pianist. Over the years, Ljupka has received numerous awards and accolades for her outstanding achievements in the field of music. In 2014, she was awarded the "13 November" Award by the City of Skopje for her contribution to the development of culture and art. In 2016, she was awarded the "St. Clement of Ohrid" Award by the President of North Macedonia for her outstanding achievements in the field of music. Today, Ljupka continues to perform in concerts and recitals, both in North Macedonia and abroad. She is also a dedicated teacher, and she is committed to passing on her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of musicians. Her passion for music and her exceptional talent have made her one of the most respected and admired classical music artists of her generation.
